Our Founder’s Vision: From Personal Experience to Empowering Arizona’s Entrepreneurs
As a first-generation Mexican American woman born and raised in Arizona, our founder has always had a passion for helping others. Throughout her career, she worked with organizations such as the City of Phoenix, Marisol Federal Credit Union, Equity Auto Center Dealership, an insurance brokerage, and APS. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she deeply understands the challenges faced by her Hispanic community, having witnessed her mother’s struggles firsthand when trying to navigate complex systems—from obtaining financing to applying for business loans. These personal experiences opened her eyes to the disparities in access to resources, particularly for underserved communities. Motivated to make a difference, she dedicated herself to learning everything she could and now uses her diverse background and expertise to empower Arizona’s entrepreneurs, helping them overcome obstacles and achieve their business goals.
